Add the custom look and sound of a Billy Boat Exhaust to your C6
Corvette. Choose either the 2.5 inch Route 66 Touring Sound or the
dramatic 3 inch Bullet Sport Sound and save 10 pounds over the stock
system. You also have two choices for a new look for your C6, the 4.5
inch oval tips or the 3.5 inch round, double wall tips. Optimize your
exhaust system by replacing the stock X-pipe with a Billy Boat X-pipe.
This X-pipe further reduces backpressure and eliminates the resonance
problem with the stock unit. Billy Boat Exhausts are made from 100
percent T-304 stainless steel and come with a limited lifetime warranty.
Each unit is
Corvette. Choose either the 2.5 inch Route 66 Touring Sound or the

The forward section of the factory C6 Z06 & ZR1Corvette exhaust is 3
inches, yet it necks down to 2 1/2 inches as it enters the mufflers,
reducing exhaust flow and performance.
The NEW Billy Boat Bullet Corvette exhaust system is a full 3 inch, T-304
stainless steel system, using precision mandrel bends for uninterrupted
flow and performance. This system uses the new PRT center muffler
section for high exhaust flow and enhanced sound control, while the rear
section is a 3 inch version of the B&B Bullet system, with an additional
small resonated muffler at the back of the system.
The muffler tips are double walled, 4 inch round or 4.5 inch oval. The
entire system is completely polished. The result is a truly spectacular look
and aggressive sound.
Billy Boat has combined the best of the Bullet Corvette exhaust with the
best technology from the factory to give you the Fusion Corvette exhaust
system for your C6 Z06. Utilizing the same exhaust control valve as the
factory system, you get a "Dr. Jekyll" cruising sound, and release the "Mr.
Hyde" Bullet sound when you want!
The entire system comes completely polished and the result is a truly
spectacular look and sound that gives this high performance sports car
the look and aggressive sound which will have heads turning every where
you go.
